La finale internationale du hackathon Miro in cube 2019 fera partie du TravelTech Day au 4YFN, un programme en collaboration avec Travel Innovation Hub

Le lundi 25 février 2019, dans le cadre de l’un des événements pour start-up les plus importants du monde, Travel Innovation Hub, en collaboration avec l’Université de Perpignan Via Domitia, consacrera une journée entière aux innovations technologiques dans le secteur du voyage.

Le programme combinera des tables rondes de réflexion, des visites de découverte, la finale du hackathon Miro in cube avec la remise du Prix Eurorégional de l’Innovation et des moments de networking passionnants.

TravelTech Day program


4YFN, Barcelona

  • 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. 
    Kick-off session at the Mobile World Capital Barcelona stand. (1 min)
    The session is aimed to find out how some of the players in the travel tech ecosystem are making things happen. We’ll showcase the work and initiatives from organisations ranging from start-ups, corporations to public agencies. That way, we’ll see how the contribution from each of the stakeholders in the ecosystems contributes to keeping the ball rolling.
  • 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
    Tour at 4YFN
    We’ll visit the most exciting start-ups, stands and places for professionals in the travel tech sector.
  • 1:15 p.m. – 2 p.m
    Panel on Artificial Intelligence at the 4YFN Garden Stage. 
    This panel will focus on AI and machine learning in the travel and tourism industry. Examining where data is coming from and how it is used. Come and meet some of the key players shaping the travel industry of the future using and optimising machine-learning techniques
  • 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
    Reception & networking at the Mobile World Capital Barcelona stand.
  • 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
    Hackathon Miro in Cube final at the Summit Stage.
    Last phase and awards ceremony of the multi-site (Perpignan, Barcelona, and Palma) and simultaneous hackathon organised by the University of Perpignan.
  • 2 p.m.
    Opening speech and presentation of the jury, made up of high-level representatives from academia, the institutional sector, and the world of business and entrepreneurship.
  • 2:30 p.m.
    Pitches (5 min) + questions from the jury
    Each of the 9 teams that will take part in the final round will have 5 minutes to present their project, answer questions, and try to convince the jury in order to win the 2nd edition of the Miro In Cube Hackathon.

    Networking area
    While the jury is deliberating, join us for a coffee break – a time for friendly conversation in the Networking Area next to the Summit Stage.

    Special Innovation
    Prize Ceremony
    The moment we’ve all been waiting for! We’ll finally discover the winner of the MIRO IN CUBE 2019! The Euroregion Prize for Innovation in Tourism will be handed out along with the MIRO IN CUBE 2019 Trophy before an audience including partners, journalists, and guests.
  • 5 p.m.
    Networking area
    Following the awards ceremony, there will be a buffet in the Networking Area. It’s the perfect time to meet our partners, the MIRO IN CUBE start-ups, investors, and key players who are pioneering innovation in the tourism sector.
